William Gallagher: OF/SS, (2023) Milton Academy, MA. 6-foot, 160-pound. At the plate, the left-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 90 mph. (67.1 mph bat speed average). (22.0 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced wide stance with a smooth load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed was quick, showed a loose flat swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found multiple barrels in his round. Gap to gap approach. Athletic in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 87 mph; shows a clean exchange, athletic smooth feet, and sure hands. Had a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot.

Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a loose quick arm action with a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Defense:  (OF) Soft consistent hands, athletic smooth footwork, clean natural exchange. Above average.  Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. 

Arm: 80 mph outfield velocity. Loose quick arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.

William Gallagher: SS/2B, (2022) out of Duxbury, MA, is a 6-foot, 150-pound infield prospect. In the box, the left-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 87 MPH. He has a quick bat. Using a line drive approach, he hits out of a wide stance with relaxed hands. His load is controlled and stays on plane well through contact. In the infield, he was 81 MPH on his throws across the diamond. He fields the ball out front, showed rhythmic feet, sure hands and a good finish through the play. From the outfield, he made throws to the infield up to 80 MPH. He uses a short ¾ slot, has sure hands, and consistent feet. Defense:  (IF) Sure hands, rhythmic footwork. (OF) Sure hands, consistent footwork.  

Arm: 81 mph infield velocity. 80 mph outfield velocity. Short arm action, ¾ slot. 

Speed: 6.80 (60-yard).

6-foot, 150-pound left-handed hitting middle infielder. The approach in the infield is athletic and appropriate as he works through the ball. He threw 74 mph across the diamond, the path is short and simple. The feet remain active and he showed soft hands. He also showcased in the outfield, throwing 71 mph out of an aggressive approach. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 77 mph. The frame needs the addition of strength to aid the development of his game. The setup is wide in base and he uses a pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches. The path is simple and flat to the ball. He ran a 7.0 at the event as he is a good athlete.
