Gavin Fraser: RHP/SS, (2026) Triton Regional High School, MA. 5-foot-6, 160-pound lean athletic frame. Projectable in the box, Fraser had an exit velocity of 85 mph. (67.2 mph bat speed average). (16.5 mph hand speed average). Began in a wide balanced stance with a wrapping load, then used a small stride. Bat speed is developing, has a loose uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Capable while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 73 mph; had developing soft hands, developing athletic footwork, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing athletically. Showed decent accuracy to the base and a ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.6. Athletic on the mound, used low ¾ arm angle and a consistent loose arm action while showing developing arm speed. Feel type pitcher who uses some effort. Displays in line shoulders and a consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 79-80 mph; showed arm side command and running sinking action. (Max spin 1970; Avg 1874). His changeup (76-77) shows hard action. Showed sweeping action and glove side around the zone control on his sharp slider (72-73). (Max spin 2010; Avg 1979).
