Alexander Monkevicz: LHP/OF, (2026) Tiverton, RI. 5-foot-9, 160-pound athletic frame. Projectable during batting practice, the left-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 78 mph. Starts in a closed stance with a compact load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed was average, showed a loose upward swing plane and high finish. He found some barrels with some loud contact. Pull side approach. Solid in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 70 mph; shows a clean exchange, soft hands, and quick feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Using a short arm action, showed consistent accuracy to the base from an-over-the-top slot. Above average projectable on the mound, showed quick arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle and a short clean arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and shows easy effort. Showed strong balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 69-72 mph; shows arm side control and sinking action. He shows slurvey late action and glove side control on his 11/5 curveball (61-64). His changeup (63-64) has fading action and glove side command.
