7/25/19

6-foot-1, 155-pound, longer, wider, lean athletic frame, with plenty of room to fill out. A toolsy type third baseman, throws well above average across the diamond, clocked at 78 mph. The hands are soft, works low to the ground, gets behind the baseball, with momentum moving towards target. the backhand is soft, double starts are correct with flow to them. At the plate, hits from the right side, wider setup, slightly open, loose hands at the shoulders tilted setup. The swing is level to up, creating lift, loft and length to the swing. More of a pull approach, shows to have big power potential down the road. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 81 mph, with a ton more in there as he gets stronger and adds weight. Ran well at 7.10 sixty-yard dash. Look for big things from this one.

Tee Exit Velocity: 81 mph
Arm Velocity: 78 mph
Sixty-Yard Dash: 7.10

6-foot-1, 155-pound, longer thin, lengthy athletic frame. Rounded shoulders, wider back has plenty of room to fill out. A right-handed hitting infielder, top tool is athleticism, with power potential down the road. At the plate, balanced approach, hands are loose at the shoulders, feet are even. Looks to shift weight back in timing phase, small pick up and put down. The swing has life and whip to it, more level to up path. The approach is more middle to pull, swing creates lift, showed to have good pop to pull gap, was able to beat outfielders in batting practice. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 80 mph with aton more in there with added strength. Ran a 7.44 long strider, time should drop as he matures and strengthens. Defensively, clean feet, gets around baseball fields out front, arm works out of a natural ¾ slot. The arm clocked at 76 mph, look for it to play above average over the next couple years. Feeds and starts were on time. Serious follow for me.

Exit Velocity: 80 mph
Arm Velocity: 76 mph
Sixty-Yard Dash: 7.44
