5-foot-11, 145-pound, thin athletic frame, shoulders are squared off, has room for added strength and weight gain. A right-handed hitting catcher, at the plate, feet are even at the shoulders, hands are loose and relaxed, work through the hitting zone with easy effort. Small pick up and put down with lower half, swing is level to up. The approach is more middle to pull, had a tee exit velocity of 80 mph and ran 4.64 from home to first. Defensively, arm was clocked at 71 mph, fast quick whippy arm action, with a pop time of 2.03-2.13. The feet are extremely quick during the transfer. The hands are soft on the catch, gets behind the baseball, works hard on the low pitch. The block is done with ease, light on his feet for scramble. Looks like his craft behind the plate, pitchers looked comfortable throwing to him.
