Nicholas Tremblay: 1B/OF, (2026) North Smithfield, RI. 6-foot-2, 240-pound mature build. Projectable and capable at the plate, Tremblay clocked an exit velocity of 89 mph. (62.6 mph bat speed average). (19.6 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a big load, then used a small stride. Bat speed is developing, uses a loose uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found lots of barrels with loud contact. Aggressive approach. Capable while in the infield, made throws up to 62 mph; showed a clean natural exchange, soft developing hands, and developing consistent feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Showed consistent accuracy to the base and a high ¾ slot. Clocked a time of 7.53 in the 60-yard dash. (Max spin ; Avg ).
Tremblay is a physical, strong 6-foot-2, 240 pound corner infield prospect. At the plate, Tremblay is an imposing presence. The stance is slightly open and balanced. The hands start above the back shoulder before heading into the hitting zone on a direct path. Tremblay showed the ability to drive the baseball, as well as make solid contact in the middle of the field. Defensively, Tremblay has good feet around the bag at first and showed a good arm. On the mound, he uses a simple, direct delivery. He separates well at the top and heads down the mound in line with home plate. The arm works out of a higer slot, producing some arm side run on his fastball. Tremblay also showed good spin on his breaking ball and feel for a changeup.
