William Singer: RHP/1B, (2024) The Wheeler School, RI. 6-foot-1, 220-pound strong mature build. Above average during batting practice, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 84 mph. Begins in an athletic balanced stance with a rhythmic smooth load, then uses a short controlled stride. Bat speed is explosive, displays a flat level swing plane and a back foot good extension on his finish. Had tons of loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. Solid in the infield, displayed a velocity of 69 mph; showed a clean exchange, soft hands, and in control feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. From a ¾ slot, showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a short arm action. Clocked a time of 7.8 in the 60-yard dash. Projectable on the mound, showed quick arm speed with a short compact arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher who uses some effort. Showed strong balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 74-76 mph. Showed sinking late action. His 1/7 curveball (62-63) had slurvey action and glove side command. His changeup (68-70) shows fading action and arm side control.

William Singer: RHP/1B, (2024) out of The Wheeler School, RI. is a 6-foot, 210-pound two-way prospect. At the plate, Singer's best exit velocity was 80 MPH with a 58.56 MPH bat speed average and 17.25 MPH hand speed average. Singer started in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands set just off the back shoulder. A smooth load and a short stride get him into a good hitting position. The bat then takes a flat path to and through the hitting zone. During his round, he showed mostly a pull side approach. Hitting a lot of hard line drives to that side. In the infield, Singer was 64 MPH on his throws across the diamond. As he worked through the ground balls, he showed he had smooth footwork, a clean exchange, and sure hands. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 8.56. On the mound, Singer uses a simple delivery. He gets to a good position at the top and separates allowing the arm-swing to be clean. The arm works out of a short ¾ slot, producing a fastball with some arm side run at 69-70 MPH (Max spin 1832; Avg 1594). He also flashed a 12/6 curveball (59-61 MPH) (Max spin 1764; Avg 1607) and a changeup (63-64 MPH) with fading action.
