Thomson is a player when you speak of upside and projection, he is a prime example and someone to keep in your follow list. The left on left athlete does a lot of things well and although the numbers don’t necessarily jump out at you, the actions and ease of the operation does. The bat is short with a level stroke from the left side, he moves well in the outfield with a clean arm action and on the mound, the delivery, body, and arm action all work, along with his ability to spin the baseball and throw strikes. Thomson is a 23’ grad that should be a high follow for lots of college coaches.
