On the mound the 5-foot-11, 140-pound right-hander sat 71-73, T76 from a high 3/4 arm slot. Arm action is long in back, but quick out front and he repeats very well. Curveball shows tight, two-plane 11/5 rotation at 63-65. Changeup showed sinking action at fastball arm speed sitting 62-64. Dyer ran a 7.41 60-yard dash along with a 56 mph exit velo. At the plate, Dyer initiates his swing in athletic spread stance. He was able to find the barrel consistently on this day. Projectable frame with room to add more weight and velocity in the near future.
2.10.19 - Offensively, the 5-foot-9, 125-pound primary Pitcher starts in a slightly open, spread stance. His hands are adequate and work well within his body. a 63 mph exit velocity was recorded.
