PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?

SCHNELL:  I have had contact with W. Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Iowa Central, Iowa Western, Southeastern CC, and NIACC.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?

SCHNELL:  I have visited W. Illinois and Iowa Central.  I will be seeing NIACC and Southeastern soon.

 

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)

SCHNELL:  I would like a bigger school.  Ultimately I want to find a school that has a good Agriculture Program.

 

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?

SCHNELL:  I had 8 wins.  Lowered my ERA from last year.  1^st Team All Conference and All District.  2^nd Team All State.  Had a K/BB ratio of 86/8.

 

PBR: What are your goals for this year?

SCHNELL:  Keep up with my school work.  Try to enjoy my last year of high school.  Be prepared physically for my senior season of baseball.

 

PBR: Do you play any other sports?

SCHNELL:  I am going to play golf along with baseball this year.  Up until this year I have played football and am still trying to decide if I am going to play basketball this year. 

 

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?

SCHNELL:  I have around a 3.0 GPA and will take the ACT in September.
