PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
PORTER: Up to this point I have been receiving the most interest from Iowa Central CC and Central College in Pella.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
PORTER: I haven't taken any visits yet; but will be taking one to Iowa Central very soon.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?
PORTER: I'm not looking at anything in particular. Just want to be on a competitive team, get a good education, and continue to improve as a player.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
PORTER: As a junior; I hit .522 on the season, hit 2 home-runs in one game vs. Sioux City Heelan, and had over 50 RBI's on the year.

PBR: What are your goals for this year? 
PORTER: I want to do everything I can to help my team win; and hopefully have a chance to compete for a state title at Principal Park.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
PORTER: I also play football for Saydel.

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
PORTER: I have a 3.1 GPA and have not taken the ACT yet.
