Scouting Report

Verbally committed to Arkansas State in June 2018. 

5/20/18- Nebraska Elite 50 

6-foot, 185 pound infielder ran a 6.7 60 yard sprint. Ranked #4 in Nebraska 2019 rankings. Hitch in load, strong, sneaky pop. Middle/ pull approach. Top hitting prospect in the 2019 class. Has the ability to consistently barrel up baseballs.  Went 1-5 in game action. Hit .321 with 5 double, 4 triples, and 7 home runs this spring. Average actions in the infield, above average carry and accuracy to target. Topped out at 84 mph across the infield.


 

5.22.17- 6-foot-1, 185 pound infielder ran a 7.16 60 yard sprint.  One of the top hitters in the 2019 class for Nebraska. Square stance, leg kick triggers aggressive hands & hip fire towards the ball. Strong ability to barrel balls up to all fields. 88 mph exit velocity. Athletic actions in the infield, fundamentally sound. Potential to project to a corner spot at the next level.


2/20/17- 6-foot, 185-pound middle infielder ran a 4.96 40 yard sprint. At the plate, square stance, leg kick triggers aggressive hands & hip fire towards the ball. Deep barrel path through the zone. Consistently hit balls hard to all fields during his round of BP. Posted an exit velocity of 88 mph off a tee. High energy actions in the infield, works through the ball with active feet, hands play out front away from his body. Strong follow for the 2019 class as he continues to develop.

2/3/16- 5-foot-11, 165-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder. 5.06 40-yard sprint time. Tall base. Pre-set hand load with short slashy line drive swing plane through contact. Stays on and through contact well for player his age. 75 mph exit velocity off tee. Short arm action with decent glove in field. Tends to want to funnel ground balls into body. Made accurate throws across diamond. Will continue to develop as he matures physically. 68 mph arm strength across infield.
