New England Insider: 2018 Junior Futures Game Trials - Sneak Peek

James Aselta SS / RHP / Weston, CT / 2022

Report: A right-handed hitter who had a tee exit velocity of 90 mph, crushing baseballs to the pull side. The swing has lift and loft to it, creates good backspin, shows to have above average power for his age. The arm was clocked at 71 mph across the diamond, along with it being at 70 mph from behind the plate. Look for him to be extremely offensive over time.
