Hurricane and Cabell Midland Advance to MSAC Finals

Noah ShortKirk JenningsNoah Short's (pictured right and currently No. 8 in the WV Class of 2018 rankings) run shortened complete game and an offensive barrage led Hurricane over Capital and into the MSAC final where they will face Cabell Midland.  Short's line read 5 IP, 6 H 1 ER 7 K and 1 BB.  The Redskins had seven players with multiple hits.  Evan Dearing 2-4, 2R, 3 RBI and Bo Adkins 2-3, 1 R, 4 RBI did the most damage.

Kirk Jennings, a Marshall recruit, (pictured left) blasted two home runs and drove in five to propel Cabell Midland into the MSAC finals against Hurricane.  Tanner Brandon picked up the win going four innings giving up one earned run on three hits while issuing four walks.
