The Fall College Prospect Program annually offers prospects an opportunity to be seen during the months of August, September and October on college campuses regionally. In the two years the Fall Program has run in Pennsylvania and West Virginia a total of 73 players have gone on to make college commitments. Following is a look at the top outfield prospects from Week Two action last fall with including a pair of West Virginia players that stood out.
The 2nd Annual Fall College Prospect Program moved to La Roche College for Week Two action on September 14. The fall format involves two nine inning games and a showcase at each of three stops over the course of the month of September. Today we continue our analysis of the prospects in attendance during Week Two of the program by taking a look at the outfielders in attendance.
Top Outfield Prospects: Fall College prospect Program (Week Two )

The right-handed hitter gets to good extension from a square stance and flashed an 85 mph bat exit velocity while making consistent solid contact in batting practice. Boop went 2-for-3 with a sacrifice fly in game action and showcased athletic actions defensively with an 85 mph arm.
