Top Stories of 2015: No. 1 - West Virginia Top Prospect Games Move to Early Summer for 2016

By Greg Williams
WV Director of Scouting

The 3rd Annual West Virginia Top Prospect Games will return to the YMCA Kennedy Center Field in Huntington. The practice site and home for Marshall University non-conference games will once again welcome the top prospects from West Virginia as well as from surrounding states to showcase their talents over the span of two days.

This year's event makes the move to the beginning of the summer (June 11 & 12) allowing a greater number of prospects an opportunity to get an early jump on summer exposure. To date, 35 prospects that have participated during the first two years of the event have gone on to make college commitments, with countless others likely to make an announcement in the coming months.
