Bat speed was efficient, showed flat an inside-out swing plane and low finish. He found some barrels through his round. Up the middle approach. Fortier had an exit velocity of 80 mph. Recorded an outfield position velocity of 85 mph. In the infield, had a clean exchange, sure hands and consistent footwork. Had a ¾ slot and a short arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. Projectable on the mound, showed good arm speed with a ¾ arm angle and a quick arm action. Used easy effort in his delivery. Displays in line shoulders with consistent balance point. Displayed a clean finish Changeup (68-70 mph).Threw his fastball 79-81 mph. showed consistent command. His 11/5 curveball (64-67) had gradual action and in the zone command.
