A high-energy arm, we got a good look at former West Coast Gamer, Eli Parsons. The 2025 Yuma commit located his fastball well, living 86-88 while working both sides of the plate. He didn't have the best feel for his breaking ball, though he spun a couple of good sliders at 81 mph. There's a lot to like in Parsons, who recently made a minor mechanical change. Quality arm out of the AHP program.

Eli Parsons has been one of the biggest risers in Alberta’s 2025 class. He showed exactly why during AHP Academy’s Scout day double header. He sat 86-88 mph with the fastball, topping out at 89 mph. He generated plenty of arm-side-run, spinning it north of 2200 rpm. He was able to locate it up the zone that created swing & miss, while also working down in the zone changing the eye level of the hitters. The slider has tight two-plane break that he tunneled well with the fastball. He showed the ability to spin it around 2550 rpm consistently. The 6-foot-3, 175-pound uncommitted RHP has opened plenty of eyes as of late, and will be one of the highest follows in the province throughout the offseason.
