Listed at 5-foot-6, 143 pounds, McPherson showcased his skills on the mound flashing the potential to be a solid pitcher in the near future. He showed a smooth windup and arm action that filled up the strike zone with his fastball that sat in the mid 70's. He threw both a change-up and a curveball that will improve with maturation and repetition. Overall, McPherson will be an intriguing follow as he gets bigger and stronger as his mechanics are solid.
