2025 Central Alberta Sox Scout Day
Potentially the best overall athlete in the Sox program, Strandquist stood out in everything he did on Scout Day. Still a 2026, the 6-foot-4, 180-pounder was near the top of the power leaderboards. At the plate he reached the program's top exit velocity at 92.3, doing so with an old-school setup and lift in his swing. On the mound he projects well with his length, living low-80s with his fastball while mixing in three developing off-speed pitches. He also ran the lowest 60 of the day at 6.85.
