Uncommited. What a first showing for Santiago on the first day of Showdown at Lakepoint. In his first at-bat Santiago showed off the strength by taking a 3-2 slider and depositing it over the left-field wall with an exit velocity at 94. Santiago did not stop there; he continued to obliterate balls during the game. Following up the home run, in his second at-bat he hit a backside single for an RBI at an exit velocity of 98. In his third at bat hit a ball right at the shortstop at an exit velocity of 96. The strength is real for Santiago.
