(Thompson AL, 2024) hits out of the two-hole for the Warriors offense and had three total knocks throughout their double header action yesterday and would collect two-RBI’s as well. A more relaxed look in the box from the right side, McBride who is a Troy recruit also showed signs of pop to the pull side. Had a loud two-strike single to spark the offense in the later parts of game one as they were trailing 6-4 before he got the ball rolling in the middle innings. During the nightcap action, McBride would find the barrel on an upper-80’s heater and give it a ride into the right center field alley for a two-RBI triple. Glides around the bags with plenty of speed, athletic, lean body that is going to continue to fill out.

Leadoff man and Centerfielder, McBride is a wiry athlete with an easy swing. Plus run tool underway, also showed loose actioned arm strength that will only improve with maturity. Plenty of tools and now skills to make an impact as a FR next year at Troy.
