Position: 3B/RHP

Body: 6-foot-3, 190-pound sturdy  mature frame.

Hit: (RHH) Began in a tall open stance with a quick load, then used a big leg kick. Electric bat speed. Good extension on his finish, upward rotational swing. Gap to gap approach.

Power: 101 mph exit velocity, average 92.81 mph. 75.07 mph bat speed average. 24.50 mph hand speed average. Ranks #1 with ev at the event.

Defense:  (IF) Soft hands, aggressive footwork, quick exchange. Above average. Shows out front glove work.

Arm: 89 mph infield velocity. Long arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.

Speed: 7.35 (60-yard).

Pitching: Advanced. Tall-and-fall delivery, some effort. High ¾ arm angle, quick arm speed, longer arm action. Consistent balance point, in line shoulders, a clean finish.

FB: T90. 87-89 mph. (Max spin 2393;  Avg 2199). Very consistent accuracy, running action.

CB: 75-78 mph. Low in the zone control, tight action, sharp movement. (Max spin 2364; Avg 2265).

CH: 79-80 mph. Arm side control, deceiving action.


6-foot-3, 190-pound mature frame. At the plate, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 93 mph. Begins in a tall stance with a smooth load, then uses a leg kick. Bat speed is efficient, shows uphill swing plane and a front foot finish. During the round showed some loud contact. Pull side approach. In the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 85 mph; had consistent hands. Laterally, his movements were average. Had a very quick arm action with consistent accuracy to the base. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.42. Advanced on the mound, showed a quick arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with good arm speed Uses some effort in his delivery. Lands square. Sat with his fastball at 86-87 mph with a max of 88 mph; has running action and consistent control. His 11/5 curveball (70-73) had in the zone command and swing and miss action. His changeup (78-79) has arm side command and fading action. Big time arm for the '23 class in Alabama.
