Is going to be a great pick up for any program in the fall. The uncommitted senior had himself an all-around day on the diamond for the Falcons in the doubleheader on Friday. At the shortstop position, Claunch displays great range and shows the ability to make the tough plays look fairly routine. During Game 1, Claunch was 1-for-3 at the plate with four RBI’s, with his one hit in the coming by way of a no-doubt home run to dead center that put the game out of reach early on. In Game 2, he was 2-for-2 at the dish while scoring two runs.
