Adock was a top Missouri Draft prospect in the 2020 class, with the then-Ole Miss commit ranking as the state's No. 2 RHP and No. 4 overall prospect. However, after an uneven performance as a Rebels freshman, the 6-foot-4, 200-pound right-hander appears poised to pop this spring alongside Jacob Misiorowski as part of a formidable Crowder pitching staff. Adcock attacks hitters with a high-spin fastball at 90-92 mph but can run it up to 94. In addition, the Arkansas commit generates above-average spin rates on his low-80s slider, a hammer, swing-and-miss offering, and can mix in a presently average changeup with arm-side fade and sink that registers in a similar velocity band. With multiple advanced pitches at his disposal, Adcock could very well emerge as the Crowder's staff ace this spring.
