Cylan Madden: LHP/OF, (2022) Harrison, AR. 5-foot-11, 175-pound proportional projectable frame. Begins in a quiet balanced stance with a smooth controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed was above average, used a short uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Had tons of loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap approach. Projectable at the plate, the left-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 95 mph. Fluid from the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 82 mph; has a quick fluid exchange, soft consistent hands, and athletic rhythmic feet. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a long arm action with a high ¾ slot. Clocked a 60 time of 7.08 at the event. On the mound, Threw his fastball 79-81 mph; throws a heavy fastball with sinking action and arm side command. Has arm side control and fading action on his changeup (66-69). Has glove side control and late action on his tight slider (73-74).
