Mechanically he uses a up tempo rhythm and late hand separation. He pitches from a H ¾ arm slot with a quick arm. His delivery is repeated with some effort, and a tall finish. Overall Sloan is a projectable right-hander with a quick arm and a feel for secondary pitches, lacks consistent command.
