2022 MLB Draft: A January victim of Tommy John surgery, Pallette, is a wiry-bodied right-hander who looks like a shorter version of Walker Buehler. When healthy he shows an easy 94-96 mph riding fastball, a sharp, knee-buckling curveball and better than average changeup. As a sophomore, his control was average with 20 walks in 56 innings (3.21 BB/9) and with a sound delivery and good athleticism he projects to become a mid-to-better starting pitcher at the ML level.
Wiry bodied right-hander who looks like a shorter version of Walker Buehler. He showed an easy 95-96 mph (#HeatSheet) riding (high spin/IVB) fastball and a sharp curve ball that buckled the umpire early in his start against Texas.
