2/28/18 - Yavapai signee.  The fast twitch senior was easily the most impressive athlete on the field. Turning in a 4.19 time down the line and making plenty of hard contact, Novis will be a really interesting follow at the juco level. As his swing continues to be refined mechanically, Novis could become a standout position player. He also hopped on the mound and touched 87 mph with a straight fastball, flashing a downer curveball at 69-71.
