Gavin Daniels, Desert Mountain (AZ), 2027
Positional Profile: LHP/OF
Body: 5-11, 170-pounds.
Delivery: Stretch only. Sets even with space and lifts the leg up and away, creating a strong balance position. Works with a quick tempo and shows decent lower half use, though there is more drive available if he gets deeper into the back hip. Glove starts low on the chest and breaks away, creating some swim, but he still finds his line and stays on target. Overall delivery shows good balance and athletic quickness.
Arm Action: LH. Shorter arm action from a high 3/4 slot. Arm works quick with clean release and healthy deceleration.
FB: T77, 74-77 mph. Fastball shows heavy arm side run with sinky action. T2065, 1965 average rpm.
CB: 65-67 mph. Curveball shows firmer, tighter shape with more vertical action. T1967, 1906 average rpm.
CH: 69-71 mph. Changeup shows fade with modest depth. T1632, 1437 average rpm.
CUT: 69-71 mph.
ATH: 7.70 runner in the 60. 1.97 and 4.34 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. 19.80 max vertical.

Gavin Daniels, Desert Mountain (AZ), 2027
Positional Profile: LHP/OF
Body: 5-11, 170-pounds.
Hit: LHH. Open stance with the feet set just outside of shoulder width. Hands start even with the back shoulder and have space to work, creating a relaxed and athletic look. Uses a toe tap to gather and shows good rhythm and timing into launch. Generally stays in strong positions during the swing, though there are times where he will come up and out of his legs. Bat path works more on the flatter side through the zone. Shows the ability to use all fields and keep the barrel on plane. Decent lower half involvement supports the swing, but staying grounded through contact would help the barrel stay through the ball longer and improve overall consistency. 63.1 mph bat speed with 9 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 92 max exit velocity, averaged 84.1 mph. 324' max distance.
Arm: LH. OF-77 mph. Throws are somewhat accurate with minimal carry. Shorter arm action helps him move through the target, but a slower release time limits overall arm efficiency.
Defense: Controlled approach with a deliberate breakdown, using short, choppy steps to gather. Actions are measured and stay under control, though the overall pace is slower.
ATH: 7.70 runner in the 60. 1.97 and 4.34 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. 19.80 max vertical.
Vizual Edge: 51.56 Edge Score
