Positional Profile: RHP/1B
Body: 5-11, 224-pounds.
Delivery: Stretch only with feet set even and parallel to the hitter. Shows good balance and keeps head and body on line to the target. Hands break down with the leg lift from a belt buckle height set. High leg lift with good tempo and balance to the plate. Follows throws well and works downhill effectively. Strong build with broad shoulders.
Arm Action: RH. High 3/4 release with a quick, short arm action. Recoils after release but produces a heavy ball that plays up.
FB: T84, 82-84 mph. Fastball appears haevy, comes out clean with some life and solid strike throwing ability. Plays well in the zone when he stays aggressive. T2130, 2062 average rpm.
CB: 72-73 mph. Curveball shows depth and works as a change of pace pitch. Can be landed for strikes and can be effective early in counts. T2047, 1984 average rpm.
SL: 73-73 mph. Slider shows limited action right now and is still developing feel. More of a show pitch at this stage. T2107, 1987 average rpm.
SPLT: 77-79 mph. Splitter shows late drop and gives him a different look off the fastball. Flashes as an out pitch when thrown with conviction.
