5-foot-11, 156-pound proportional athletic build. Above average during batting practice, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 80 mph. Started in an athletic balanced stance with a smooth load, then used a short toe tap stride. Bat speed was quick, had a short upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Created loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap approach. Above average in the infield, his best throw was registered at 80 mph; had twitchy hands, a clean natural exchange, and athletic footwork. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a short quick arm action and a ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Clocked a time of 7.58 in the 60-yard dash. Solid on the mound, used a short loose arm action with a ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses easy effort. Has in line shoulder with an low balance point. Lands soft with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 65-69 mph; showed arm side command and sinking action. (Max spin 1823; Avg 1781). Threw a 1/7 curveball (58-60) with glove side command and slurvey action. (Max spin 1926; Avg 1875). Shows arm side command and fading action on his changeup (63-65).
