We would like to thank all who participated in The PBR New England 2022 Scout Day: CT Rage. This was a great opportunity for 2023-2026 prospects to be put on college recruiting boards. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

2022 Scout Day: CT Rage - Quick Hits

The Players

  • Thomas Baer, 2024- A right-handed hitter, swing is short and compact, line drives to the middle of the field. Off the mound, a simple repeatable delivery, fastball at 79 mph, showed a good curveball.
  • Luke Daddona, 2023- A right-handed hitter, middle to pull side approach, advanced exit at 93 mph, with a plus arm at 83 mph. A very good runner at 6.81.
  • Brennan Davis, 2026- A right-handed hitter, smooth swing, 82 mph exit. Good flow at 3rd base.
  • Todd Emerick, 2026- A left-handed hitter, sprays the baseball all over the yard, advanced approach for his age.
  • Cam Forte, 2024 - A left-handed hitter, swing is short and crisp, line drives to all fields. Showed well at shortstop, good flow.
  • Cole Gibson, 2024- A physical right-handed hitter, shows pop to the pull side. Off the mound, pounded the zone with a 3-pitch mix, fastball was heavy and up to 83 mph. Mixed in a tight slider at 70 mph.
  • Antonio Lynk, 2025- a big bodied right-handed pitcher, arm action is long and clean on the backside, working from a high ¾ slot. The fastball is heavy, reaching 79 mph, with a ton more in there.
  • Ben Stewart, 2023- A right-handed hitter, showed plus pop to the gaps, swing is short and crisp.
  • Matthew Palumbo, 2023- A right-handed hitter, is an above average athlete, arm strength was clocked 83 mph, a plus runner 6.98. Swing is strong, level path to contact, can swing it.
  • Paul Genna, 2024- A right-handed hitter, plays multiple spots. Swing is short and quick, line drive approach from field to field. Exit velocity of 90 mph. Will be reclassing as 2024.
  • Dylan Davis, 2027- A left-handed hitter, advanced approach, driving it to all fields. Defensively, quick clean actions behind the plate. Look for him to  be a player as he matures.
