Begins in a wide open stance with a smooth compact load, then uses a controlled leg kick. Bat speed is above average, shows a short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Advanced in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 73 mph; shows soft sure hands, quick fluid feet, and a clean natural exchange. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a low ¾ slot and a short quick arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.67. Solid on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a short loose arm action while showing some arm speed. Tall-and-fall up-tempo type pitcher who shows easy effort. Has a strong balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 72-74 mph; showed arm side command and sinking action. (Max spin 2079; Avg 2010). Shows glove side control and slurvey action on his curveball (64-67).
