7/14/15
Charbonneau plays the game hard. Second event for him, showed very well. At the plate, this right-handed hitter’s hands start a little lower gets them back into a good hitting position, leans back bit with his weight, needs to even it off. The tee exit velocity was 83, has high finish.  In game swung the bat well, showed the ability to drive the ball to both gaps. Time down the line was 4.52 and ran hard the entire game. At shortstop, arm was 76 across the diamond, hands for the most part worked, transfer is very quick, sometimes too quick. Turned the double play from both sides with ease. Pitches as well, but didn't at this event do to summer ball, is a 3-pitch mixer and pounds the zone. The body is complete, strong and athletic. A complete gamer, stay on this kid, he will be able to help in many ways.

6.23.15
Right-handed pitcher who showed feel and mound presence at the event. Fastball has life to it and sat 81-82 with arm-side run. The breaking ball had good depth and tilt at 72. The delivery is clean and the arm works well from a slightly higher than ¾ slot. Took ground balls at shortstop as well, and showed a 74 mph arm from the 6-hole. The glove was a bit choppy but he made the plays. The swing is long and needs strength, as he hits with a low hands approach. Tee exit velocity of 85 and he ran a 4.61 down the line.
