5-foot-9, 145-pound, average athletic frame, showing good strength, is well proportioned. A right-handed hitting two-way player, showed well on both sides of the field. At the plate, is very balanced, a wider setup, hands are loaded at shoulder height, with bat tilt. The lower half is under control, small pick up and put down, gaining ground. The swing is short and crisp to contact, hands are inside the baseball, approach is from gap to gap, showing enough pop to beat all outfielders. The exit velocity was clocked at 90 mph and ran a 7.28 sixty-yard dash. Off the mound, simple repeatable delivery, strong post leg, tall on it, shorter inline stride, gets on top and pitches downhill. The arm action is clean on the backside, gets out front with extension on release. The fastball was clocked at 78 mph, located down and to both sides of the plate, more in there as he continues to work on his craft. The breaking ball showed a bigger top to bottom break, spin and shape correct, will need to add more fastball hand speed to it, clocked at 58-60 mph. Good looking athlete, look for him to have a big year.
