Bryce DeCrescenzo: RHP/OF, (2025) Woodland Regional High School, CT. 5-foot-9, 145-pound athletic proportional frame. Raw at the plate, Decrescenzo recorded an exit velocity of 77 mph. (63.2 mph bat speed average). (20.5 mph hand speed average). Starts in a wide stance with a tight load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is average, has a level swing plane and a front foot finish. Barreled up some balls with some loud contact. Pull side approach. Fluid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 72 mph; has a clean exchange, consistent feet, and soft hands. Solid from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 76 mph; had sure hands, rhythmic footwork, and a natural exchange. Fielded the ball out front with average movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a compact arm action with a high ¾ slot. Projectable on the mound, showed some arm speed, also used a high ¾ arm angle and a long loose arm action. Tall-and-fall up-tempo type pitcher who shows easy effort. During his delivery balance point is tall with downhill in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 65-67 mph; shows arm side command and sinking action. (Max spin 1571; Avg 1571). Had slurvey action and glove side command on his 1/7 curveball (55-59).
