Pagliarini is a physical, left-handed hitting third baseman who shows strength in his swing and an accurate arm across the diamond. He hits from a crouched stance with his elbows spread, and loads his hands down and back with a minor leg kick before striding out. His barrel works on an uphill plane through the zone.
