Chase Semenza: OF/RHP, (2027) Xavier, CT. 175-pound projectable athletic build. At the plate, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 84 mph. (60.4 mph bat speed average). (18.8 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced open stance with a controlled load, then used a big leg kick. Bat speed was developing, used an uphill long swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up multiple balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Projectable, his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 79 mph; has in control athletic feet, a natural clean exchange, and developing soft hands. Fields the ball to the side, movements laterally were developing athletically. Showed a loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. 

Chase Semenza: OF/RHP, (2027) Xavier, CT. 5-foot-11, 162-pound athletic projectable build. Projectable and athletic at the plate, Semenza clocked an exit velocity of 82 mph. (59.6 mph bat speed average). (20.0 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Had developing bat speed, uphill level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and  projectable, his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 74 mph; had a natural exchange, developing hands, and developing athletic footwork. Laterally, movements were developing athletically and fielded the ball out front. Had consistent accuracy to the bag and a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 8.07. Capable on the mound, used a consistent arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing developing arm speed. Feel type pitcher and used some effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 72-73 mph; has running action and command arm side around the zone. (Max spin 1822; Avg 1738). His curveball (61-62) shows glove side around the zone command and sweeping action. (Max spin 1884; Avg 1841). Straight changeup (64-65). 

Scouting Report: 6-foot, 165-pound, lean athletic frame, very athletic for a younger player, room for advancement. A right-handed hitter, athletic, balanced setup, small controlled leg rise. The hands are loose, barrel has life and whip through the zone. The approach is from gap to gap, with above average pop to right-center. The exit velocity was clocked at 81 mph, ran a 7.61 sixty-yard dash. From the outfield, threw an easy 77 mph, arm action is super clean, with carry. Showed good routes and angles to all balls. Off the mound, works from the set position, super smooth, athletic kick, into an athletic finish. The arm has some length on the back, works with minimal effort. The fastball touched 77 mph, comes out well. Mixed in a slurvy breaking ball, clocked at 66 mph. Look for big things from this one.

Chase Semenza: OF/2B, (2027) Beman Middle, CT. 5-foot-10, 149-pound lean athletic build. Projectable and athletic at the plate, Semenza had an exit velocity of 80 mph. (62.7 mph bat speed average). (19.6 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a wrapping load, then uses a toe tap stride. Bat speed is developing, uses an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Was able to create loud contact and found multiple barrels. Aggressive approach. Projectable and solid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 69 mph; showed developing consistent feet, a natural exchange, and developing hands. Projectable in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 73 mph; has a natural exchange, developing consistent feet, and developing hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Showed a high ¾ slot and a long arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. 

Chase Semenza: OF/2B, (2027) Beman Middle, CT. 5-foot-10, 149-pound athletic strong build. Projectable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 83 mph. (61.9 mph bat speed average). (19.9 mph hand speed average). Starts in an athletic balanced stance with a compact load, then uses a short toe tap stride. Had a loose upward swing plane, electric bat speed and high finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Pull side approach. Above average in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 68 mph; had soft twitchy hands, a clean exchange, and athletic smooth footwork. Projectable in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 74 mph; has sure hands, a natural exchange, and aggressive feet. Laterally, movements were quick and fielded the ball to the side. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a short quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.63.
