5-foot-10, 155-pound, thin, wiry strong athletic frame, showing twitchy actions at the plate. A right-handed hitting two-way player. Showed extremely well in the box, a taller stance, feet are even at shoulder width, higher hand set. Simple pick up and put down with stride foot, swing is level through the zone, gets extension on front on contact, with bat head whip. The approach is more middle to pull side, had an exit velocity of 88 mph, baseball exploded off the bat. A good runner, long strides, covers ground in outfield, ran the sixty-yard dash at 7.20. The approach is under control, clean shuffle for transfer, shorter stride. The arm action is longer, and works from an over the top slot, clocked at 75 mph with carry to it. Off the mound, working from set position, wrap and coil to leg raise, frontside comes off, resulting in a finish on the first base side. Needs to stay in line and track longer to plate. The fastball was clocked at 73 mph, with a ton more in there. Dropped in a slower breaking ball at 62 mph. Love the potential as a hitter/outfielder.
