5-foot-10, 156-pound, average athletic frame, squared off shoulders with room for added weight gains. A taller more open stance, hands held higher, a flat setup. For timing uses a straight stride, gains grounds, could get more backside drive. The swing is short to contact, a down to level to up path. The hands are inside the baseball, spraying line drives to all fields. The exit velocity was clocked 84 mph, and showed real good legs, ran a 7.03. Defensively, moves well to both sides, gets around the baseball, feet move throughout. The glove is soft out front, showing a real quick transfer. The arm works freely, clocked at 70 mph, all throws on the bag, turns were performed correct around the bag. Off the mound, showed a three pitch mix. The delivery is simple, repeats it, arm action is long and clean on the backside, working from a higher slot. Pitching down hill, lived in the bottom part of the zone. The fastball reached 78 mph, with arm side run to it. Mixed in a true curveball. Lots to like about this one, brings a good amount of value.
