5-foot-5, 145-pound, thin athletic frame, has plenty of room for future development. A right-handed hitter, the stance is wide and even. The hands are held loose above his shoulder. The separation is good, hands get back and the lower half is under control with small leg kick. The stride and foot strike could could get down a little sooner. The path is level to up, it’s clean with some fluidity to it and he finishes with one hand. The tee exit velocity was 78 mph and ran a 4.59 from home to first, had good athletic stride. Defensively, has soft hands and from the catch to the throw has a good flow. The arm works out of a slightly lower slot, could finish the throws off more. Clocked at 65 mph across the diamond, footwork and feeds were good from both sides. Strength is must.
