5-foot-11, 170-pound, average athletic frame, squared off shoulders, strength throughout. A right-handed hitting two-way player. At the plate, open, shorter, taller stance. The hands are loose held above the shoulders. Looks to gain ground with stride foot, approach is more line drives to the pull side. The tee exit velocity was clocked 82 mph, barrel shows to have life and whip out front. Moves and runs well, is athletic, clocked in the sixty-yard dash at 7.37. Defensively, had a pop time of 2.27-2.41 and arm at clocked at 68 mph.  The arm action is clean, works with a longer arm path from a natural 3/4 slot.  Solid receiver with good blocking skills, gives the body up. Pitchers looked to be comfortable throwing to him. Worked off the mound as well, throws from a low 3/4 to sidearm slot. Pounded the zone with a two-pitch mix, with ton of strikes. The direction is inline, squared up to the plate. The fastball was clocked in the low 70's with a ton of arm side sink and run. Threw a frisbee slider at 66-68 mph, gets swings and misses with this offering. Worked fast pitched two clean innings.

5-foot-9, 155 pound wiry frame with sloped shoulders. The body can add some strength to the upper and lower halves. Geib ran a 7.78 sixty yard dash. In the box, Geib stands even with a noticeable knee bend from the right side, with his feet set shoulder width apart. His hands are quiet and work from the letters. Geib has a small step into the ball with a line drive swing following a level bat path. Posted a tee exit velocity at 68 MPH. Will need to improve the bat speed to make consistent contact against velocity. Shows solid receiving skills as he tracks the ball out of the pitcher’s hand. Quick first step as a catcher and throws the ball from an over the top arm slot. The arm was clocked at 64 MPH, and Geib should improve that measurable will more physical development. His pop times sat between 2.40-2.50. Geib gets from crouch to chute quickly, so developing arm strength should help lower that pop time band.
