7/01/20

5-foot-5, 140-pound, smaller, thin athletic frame, with room for added weight gains. A left-handed pitcher, working from the windup, hands start ands stay high, gets to a high strong gather. The separation is even and on time, longer inline stride. Slight pull and lean with frontside, could be squared up a tick more on release. The arm action is super clean and works with easy effort, comes through from a natural 3/4 slot. The fastball touched 73 mph, pounding it down in the zone to both sides. The breaking ball is bigger, more of a top to bottom break, clocked in the low 60's. Showed feel for a true changeup, comes out of the hand looking like a fastball, proper fade and shape to it, clocked at 64-65 mph, works off the fastball well. High pitch-ability, should be able to add velocity over time.

2/17/20

5-foot-5, 110-pound, smaller athletic frame, sloped shoulders. A two-way player, working from the left side. Showed well off the mound. The delivery is smooth, repeatable staying taller on the back side. The hands start and stay higher, back side stays over the rubber, with the direction inline to the plate. The arm action is clean, works with minimal effort from a high 3/4 slot. The fastball touched 70 mph, located down in the zone to both sides of the plate. Threw two different breaking balls, the curve ball was clocked at 54-55 mph and threw a harder slider at 59-61 mph. A strike thrower, with pitch ability. At the plate, even feet at the shoulder width, hands quiet at the shoulders. The swing is down to level, with more of a pull approach. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 72 mph and ran a 8.0 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, threw 68 mph, approach and transfer were performed correct, steps through gaining ground. All throws were on target, downhill, giving the catcher something to handle. Projects for me more off the mound, with added velocity should be able to help at next level.

Tee Exit Velocity: 72 mph

Arm Velocity: 68 mph

Sixty-Yard Dash: 8.0

2/20/19

5-foot-1, 95-pounds, smaller, thin athletic frame, has good strength for his size. A two-way player, off the mound, this left-hander, has a simple, balanced delivery, stays on the backside and works downhill. The kick is athletic and high, direction is inline, gets squared up on release, arm works out of a ¾ to high ¾ slot. Pounded the zone with three pitches for strikes, fastball to both sides and down in the zone, clocked at 61-63 mph. The breaking ball flipped for strikes at 51-53 mph with proper spin, with tilt to it. The changeup had feel and action to it, clocked at 54 mph, sold well, looks like a fastball coming out of the hand. At the plate, hits from the left-side, feet are even at the shoulders, longer controlled stride, hands stay back. The swing is down to level, flat through the zone and finishes at shoulder height with two hands. The swing is more middle to pull with line drives. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 65 mph, with more in there as he adds strength. Defensively, arm was clocked at 60 mph from a high ¾ slot, down hill throws. The footwork was correct in transfer, shuffles and gains ground. Projects for me off the mound.

Tee Exit Velocity- 65 mph
