5-foot-10, 190-pound, strong, thick athletic frame. The shoulders are squared off, hands and wrists have serious strength to them. A left-handed hitter, has a powerful swing, squares the ball up one after another, makes solid contact. The stance is balanced throughout, hands are held at shoulder height, start closer to middle of the body, bat has some tilt to it. The feet are even, slightly wider than shoulder width, has a simple easy stride, gains ground with it. The swing path is flat through the zone and finishes up with two hands, rolls his hands late gets through it. The approach is gap to gap, has enough juice to beat the outfielders. Defensively, gets off the bag quickly at first, feet are good around the bag on receiving throws. The actions and hands are smooth and soft, transfers the baseball quickly to throwing hand. The arm action is super short, smooth and arm works out of a ¾ to low ¾ slot. The double play feeds are clean, arm was clocked at 70 mph across the diamond. Solid follow, has serious juice in the bat, above average around the bag.
