9/27/20

6-foot-2, 199-pound, strong, physical athletic frame. Already filling out is put together well, showing strength throughout. A right-handed hitting two-way player, showed extremely well on both sides of the field. At the plate, looked very good, swing has flatten a tick, drove the baseball on a line to both gaps. Looks to have changed the stance, taller, closer feet, very balanced, gaining ground. The swing is flat through zone, with a higher finish, backspin to baseball at times, with advanced carry to the gaps. The exit velocity was clocked at 86 mph. Showed very good legs, running a 6.8 sixty-yard dash. Big bodied third baseman, moves well to both sides, with feet moving throughout. The arm shows strength across the diamond, clocked at 81 mph. Off the mound, builds momentum down the mound, is aggressive, fastball was up to 84 mph, working from a higher slot. Throws a hard slurvy hammer piece at 73 mph. Tons of strength and athletic ability, need to see.

Exit Velocity: 86 mph

Arm Velocity: 81 mph

Sixty-Yard Dash: 6.80

6-foot-2, 190-pound, strong, athletic frame, rounded shoulders, showing strength throughout. A right-handed hitting corner infielder, at the plate, shows good strength to the swing. A balanced set up, feet slightly wider than shoulder width, hands are at shoulders with a tilted setup. Simple pick up and put down with stride foot, uses backside well. The swing is level to up, stays through it, finishing with two hands at shoulders. The approach is more to the pull side, had a tee exit of 84 mph. Ran a 7.11 sixty-yard dash, moves well for a bigger kid. Defensively, threw 79 mph across the diamond, longer arm path working out of a higher slot. Moved well to glove side starting the double plays. Plus strength for his age, solid follow, should be able to help in outfield as well.

Tee Exit Velocity: 84 mph.

Arm Velocity: 79 mph

Sixty-Yard Dash: 7.11
