Jameson Piccuillo: RHP/1B, (2026) Newtown, CT. 197-pound athletic strong frame. Above average at the plate, the right-handed hitter was ranked 1st with an exit velocity of 97 mph. (71.3 mph bat speed average). (23.8 mph hand speed average). Starts in an athletic tall stance with a rhythmic load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is explosive, uses a loose upward swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contacts. Pull side aggressive approach. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 80 mph; has soft hands, a clean exchange, and athletic smooth feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. Showed a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base. During the event, recorded a 60 time of 7.5. Above average projectable on the mound, used a ¾ arm angle and a long loose arm action while showing quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed strong balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic balanced finish. Threw his fastball 83-85 mph; had arm side control and sinking action with heavy movement. (Max spin 2157; Avg 2082). His 2/8 wipeout slider (76-80) had swing and miss action and glove side command. (Max spin 2115; Avg 2069). His splitter (77-79) had sporadic command and swing and miss action.

Begins in a wide balanced stance with a compact load, then uses a short controlled stride. Bat speed was explosive, used a flat loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up lots of balls with tons of loud contact. Up the middle line drive approach. Above average in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 71 mph; shows a clean exchange, soft hands, and rhythmic quick feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a high ¾ slot and a short arm action. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 8.19.

Started in a wide tall stance with a controlled load, then used a short stride. Bat speed was explosive, showed an upward swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Solid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 63 mph; shows a natural exchange, fluid feet, and soft hands. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. Showed a high ¾ slot and a short arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. Projectable on the mound, had a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action with quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses easy effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 64-67 mph; had sinking action and control in the zone. Threw a 1/7 curveball 55-56 mph that showed control low in the zone and tilt. Had arm side command and fading action on his changeup 60-61 mph.
