2/15/19

5-foot-7, 155-pound, average athletic frame, has added strength and mass over the last year. All body parts work smooth, with easy effort. A right-handed hitting middle infielder, at the plate, simple balanced approach. The feet are even, hands are loose and relaxed at the shoulders. The lower half is under control, small pick up and put down. The swing is level through the zone, looks to stay in the middle of the field and stays under control, looking to spray line drives. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 78 mph and ran a 7.69 sixty yard dash. Defensively, easy clean prep steps, comes through the baseball, works low to the ground, feet move throughout. The arm action is clean from a natural ¾ slot, clocked at 70 mph, good accurate throws. The backhand play was made with ease. Projects out for me as more of a second baseman, arm will play from that side of the bag.

Tee Exit Velocity- 78 mph
Arm Velocity- 70 mph
Sixty-Yard Dash- 7.69

1/13/18

5-foot-4, 130-pound, smaller athletic frame. The shoulders are squared off, movements and actions are smooth. A right-handed hitting infielder, at the plate the stance is simple and balanced. The feet are shoulder width apart, hands are at shoulder height, are loose with the bat loaded up in a tilted position. For timing has small knee to knee knock, stride is small, keeps the weight back and squares the baseball up consistently. The swing  is flat through the zone, keeps his hands inside the baseball, looks to spray it to all fields. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 73 mph and ran a 7.78 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, can play on either side of the bag, projects and has a bit more feel from second. The prep steps and approach into the baseball is correct, fields out front, is low to the ground and keeps the feet moving throughout. The arm was clocked at 66 mph, works out of a ¾ slot, throws were on the bag. The footwork is clean starting the double and finishing it from the right side. Strength and quickness are a must, solid baseball IQ.

Tee exit velocity: 73 mph
Arm velocity: 66 mph
Sixty-Yard dash: 7.78

1/21/17

5-foot-2, 105-pound, smaller, thin athletic frame, has plenty of room and time to get stronger and to fill out. A right-handed hitting second baseman, the stance is simple, the feet are even, hands are held just at shoulder height, bat is in a good starting position. For timing has a small leg kick, shows to have some separation of the hands from the body. The swing is level, finishes with two hands, slightly lower than shoulder height. The tee exit velocity was 63 mph and ran an 8.4 sixty yard dash. The BP was good, made solid contact in both rounds, looks to stay in middle of the field. Defensively, prep steps are under control, works from the ground up. The hands are soft, has no wasted movement from the time he fields to the throw. The arm action is clean on the back side, clocked at 56 mph across the diamond. The feeds starting double play were smooth and showed to be athletic on the slow roller.
