(67.7 mph bat speed average). (23.9 mph hand speed average). Starts in an athletic pre-loaded stance with a tight compact load, then uses a short controlled stride. Bat speed is quick, shows a flat level swing plane and high good extension on his finish. Found some barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap line drive approach. Above average in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 71 mph; shows soft hands, athletic feet, and a quick exchange. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Was able to create loud contact and found some barrels. Up the middle approach. Above average while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 68 mph; has a clean exchange, fluid feet, and soft hands. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Had a ¾ slot and a short quick arm action. Capable on the mound, used a short loose arm action and an over-the-top arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort. Has a strong balance point and in line shoulders. Lands closed with upright finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 64-66 mph; showed sinking action and arm side control. (Max spin 1721; Avg 1588). Showed glove side control and slurvey action on his curveball (56-57). Solid on the mound, used a loose arm action with a ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Slow-tempo type pitcher and uses easy effort. Tall balance point with even shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 58-60 mph; showed control in the zone and gradual action. His 2/8 curveball 51-53 mph; had sweeping action and consistent control.
