The receiving is solid and he blocks. The bat had an exit velocity of 93 mph. The setup is athletic and the hands work freely with the bat. He turned in solid, competitive at bats.

The feet work quickly and he showed a simple release. The approach in the infield was appropriate, throwing 79 mph with a good feel for the glove. The bat had an exit velocity of 94 mph. The setup at the dish was tall in posture and the feet were set evenly. The hands work well with the barrel as the path is slightly uphill to contact.

The transfer and feet are both solid, as he gets rid of it quickly. The bat has an exit velocity of 96 mph. The setup at the dish is athletic in base and he stays in his legs. The path is simple and shows power potential.  He is a player to keep an eye on .

Scouting Report: 5-foot-9, 225-pound, solid, thick athletic frame. Showed very well on both sides of the field. At the plate, has lift and leverage to the swing. An open stance, higher relaxed hands. Level to up path creating back spin to the baseball. The exit velocity was clocked at 87 mph. Behind the plate moves very well, hands are strong and sticks the pitch. The pop time was at 2.0-2.10, all throws on the bag. The arm shows strength at 76 mph.
